Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Professional for our satellite radio account, you will be responsible for handling customer inbound calls ensuring issue resolution and customer satisfaction. You will be mainly focused on handling billing concerns, refunds, and activation requests. You will also be expected do up selling for the client.
Requirements:
- Must have finished at least two (2) years in college or possess a vocational/short course certificate.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good problem solving and decision making skills.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
