RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the recruitment process for hiring at Middle & Senior Management Levels
- Manage recruitment through different channels, like campus recruitment, advertisement, consultants, employee referrals & Headhunting
- Head hunt profiles to match the current requirement, handle entire recruitment cycle, and develop strategy for successful recruitment processes
- Take preliminary interview rounds over the phone and schedule face to face interviews with line managers
- Follow up with the candidates till the final roll out of offer letters
- Understand the management requirements and accordingly build a record to track, analyze and improve hiring efforts
- Create and maintain good network with employment sources like Consultants and Recruitment Partners
- Keep track of vendor invoicing and timely payments to the hiring vendors
- Achieve goals and targets (business-TP, and employee satisfaction)
- Manage the performance of the recruiters, including but not limited to:
- Achievement of Recruitment goals/targets (business-TP, and employee satisfaction)
- Management of recruiter performance pertinent to consistent achievement goals/targets (business, and employee satisfaction goals), demonstration of behaviors aligned with Teleperformance values, and adherence to company policies and code of conduct.
- Coaching and development of Recruiters
- Execution of CCMS responsibilities
- Individual performance specific to attendance, punctuality, and schedule adherence
- Execute defined CCMS responsibilities consistently and excellently
- Serve as escalation point for staff-related concerns and needs.
- Work effectively with defined internal and external client and TP stakeholders.
- Ensure effective, efficient, and consistent implementation of client and TP processes and policies.
- Promote and develop continuous improvement and value-creation initiatives benefiting the business (TP), and employees.
- Works closely with various functional heads to assure departments are fully staffed
- Understand the needs of internal clients and provide effective resourcing strategies and solutions that match demand with well-trained and competitively priced market supply.
- Define and implement creative sourcing strategies for current and future open positions and execute against them with minimal direction
- Research and adapt best industry recruitment practices
- Proactively contribute to HR recruitment related policies and procedures
- Manage and improve technology based staffing program
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 4 years previous related experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Management or Recruitment/Staffing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Competent decision-making and problem solving skills
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Presentation skills
