Senior Operations Manager
* A graduate of a technical course (may be waived if candidate has extensive experience supporting a technical program)
* Must have extensive experience in a similar role (experience as a Senior Manager)
* Experience must be in a call center environment supporting atechnical program. Preferable candidates would be those coming from programs that offer technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, etc or other similar products, etc)
* Six-sigma white belt certification
o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals,
financial reports, and service level reports
o Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients
or other members of the business community
o Ability to effectively present information to Program Director and
Management Team
o Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and
proportions to practical situations. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical interference
o Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple and
changing priorities
